Mila is a lifelong artist whose work moves between abstraction, figure, memory and atmosphere. After years working intimately with pigment, texture and finish as a beauty formulator, she now gives color complete freedom on canvas.

A life spent understanding color.
Mila spent years working where chemistry, texture and color meet. That technical sensitivity remains present in the work, but the paintings are driven by intuition rather than formula.
Some pieces approach pure abstraction. Others let a figure, landscape or memory briefly emerge before disappearing again.

Practice
Her paintings are built through layering, erasure, gesture and instinct. She works until the surface feels alive rather than resolved.
Background
Before focusing more fully on her own work, Mila spent years as a formulator for MAC and Estée Lauder. That history deepened her relationship with pigment and material, but her studio practice has always remained personal.
